Our team is looking for an innovative, results-oriented ERP Solution Architect to engineer and design solutions supporting our existing and future state manufacturing and supply chain operations. We are focused on designing scalable solutions that support the aggressive Robotics scaling as we build and deliver the next generation of robots. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of solving highly complex business problems, and is passionate about people, software engineering, and system architecture. This role will focus on PLM, PDM, MDM/UDM, Global Trade, and SC Planning. This role has the potential for its scope to grow as the organization expands. Successful candidates will be a high-bandwidth architects who can cut through the noise, simplify relentlessly, deliver results, and develop integrated digital solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned to business capabilities and digital transformation
• Mentor and coach the next generation of software engineers, architects, and developers
• Design and architect technical solutions that delight customers
• Set the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance by designing solutions to be highly-available, dynamically scalable, and resilient to continuity threats
• Minimize technical debt, while ensuring solutions are easy to use and maximize efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and consulting to our business partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years’ experience in 3+ of the following disciplines: ERP, supply chain, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware
• 5+ years experience solution architecture in at least one of the following disciplines: PLM, PDM, MDM, SC Planning
• 5+ years delivering projects focused on innovation and transformation
• Record of mentoring team members and developing future technologists

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters or MBA
• Broad enterprise systems experience in industry ERP solutions SAP, Oracle, as well as custom built applications
• Designing, building, and supporting global supply chain environments
• Business process mapping and/or modeling experience
• Experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.

The pay range for this position in Jersey City is $153,600 -&nbsp,207,800/yr, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Transparency Regulation of Jersey City Municipal Code. Base pay information is based on market location.
